Reporting to : DEPUTY HEAD - HRD
Reportees : Training coordinator, Regional Trainer
Key Activities / Accountabilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
- Lead the training and development department and providing direction to junior management and personnel.
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge in the department, keeping it up to date with the latest training practices, trends, and technology.
- Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
- Prepare and implement training budget.
- Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage staff of classroom facilitators.
- Build solid cross-functional relationships.
- Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
- Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
- Assist with the development of strategic plans.
Essential Educational & Experience Qualification:
Qualification Needed : Graduation / Post Graduation
Total Years of Experience : 13 - 16 years
Relevant Experience : 12 - 13 years
