Introduction:

We are looking to develop a sustainable solution to make offline retail in India more efficient with the help of mobile application platform. Idea is to develop a platform where retailers and customers can interact more efficiently. The venture is the brainchild of alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM B).

We are team of two IIM B graduates, one is having experience in Sales and Marketing and other in Finance. We are looking for someone, with strong understanding of mobile application development, to join our team as Tech Co-Founder.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required:

- We are looking for someone who is passionate about mobile application development

- 1-5 years of experience in design and development of mobile application

- In-depth knowledge of technologies like PHP, Ruby on rails or Python

- Experience with CSS, HTML, XML, AJAX and JavaScript Libraries

- Native Android/iOS App Development experience

- Hands-on full-stack development experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science from top colleges IIT/NIT etc. or strong technical experience in any e-commerce/ technology startup

Job Profile/ Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the product development from a technical standpoint, and take end-to-end responsibility for all things technical for the product from technology selection to architecture and design

- Design and implement engineering best practices for scalability, sustainability, security, and performance

- Over a period of time build a strong technical team, handle and motivate them

- Understand and identify the changing trend in technology and implement them

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be in the form of equity at the start, as we raise funds salary can be drawn. We expect to raise funds within three months.
