Responsibilities :
- Managing day to day Books of accounts of the company
- Knowledge of MS Office, Accounting systems like Tally, ERP System etc.
- Supervising processing of Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, reconciliation of customer accounts, credit analysis and follow-up on collections.
- Preparing Monthly & periodically MIS
- Preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, ROC compliances, MCA Forms etc.
- Payroll processing
- Preparation & finalization of Financial Statements in the light of provisions of Income Tax Act & Companies Act.
- Performing reconciliations of general ledger, fixed asset maintenance, and cash flow control
- Experience in handling income tax, TDS, GST and other indirect tax related matters.
- Experience in finalization of accounts- Monthly, Quarterly, Annually.
- Experience in handling stock valuation.
Experience:
- Chartered Accountant with 2 - 5 years of experience.
- Working experience in Start-up
- Article ship Experience (especially audit of Big Manufacturing company).
