Saveo Healthcare - Training Manager - Operations

Saveo is a B2B managed marketplace for pharmacies with the highest fill rate in India. Currently having a major presence in Karnataka (Bangalore + 23 satellite cities), 4500 transacted pharmacies, 1M $ monthly revenue & on a growth path to become the largest in India within 12 months.

We are currently looking to hire a training manager for our operations team.

Role Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership for developing, managing and maintaining the training department for the region

- Identify, assess future / current training needs through various analyses and consultation with leaders/ management

- Implement a wide variety of training methods, conduct effective induction and orientation sessions to the unit.

- Responsible for training, soft skills training, sales training, product training , effective sales pitch & process training.

- Training to improve sales and process efficiency for the regions

- Prepare the training module, training calendar and training content effectively and in line with the business objectives

- Monitor and evaluate our training programs effectiveness, ROI, and Success by generating periodic reports

- Provide solutions and resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs, as necessary.

- Periodically do joint calls to clients with the sales/ operations rep for the training and audit.

What we are looking at:

- 5-10 years of proven work experience as a Training Manager with a track record of designing and executing successful training programs.

- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor

- Excellent orator

- Knowing multiple languages will be an asset

- Excellent Facilitation Skills, Performance Management, Motivating Others, Coaching & Feedback skills

- Expert/Advanced Microsoft Office skills from excel, word, PowerPoint to the Google suite of docs, excel, slides.

- Willingness to work in a fast growing environment and openness to travel
