Pharmacy in itself is a living organism having requirements at different fronts: acquisition of new customers, retaining customers, managing inventory, managing suppliers, finances etc.

The Indian pharmaceutical industry is highly fragmented with 6.5lakh retailers and 65000 distributors, unlike the US where there are just 5 major distributors covering 93% of the market share. We aim to streamline this supply chain by being a single distribution point and empower these 6.5lakh micro entrepreneurs with technology and sustainability.

Supply Excellence Manager - Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Serve as a resource on product technical issues and Order Fulfilment process matters

- Support the Supply Team to strategise & implement objectives to provide quality process around listing & cataloging

- Developing and Retention of vendors as per strategic need of business

- Tactically working on identifying competition trends and better pricing with existing vendors

- Actively pursue and collaborate in tactical and strategic initiatives to create greater effectiveness and efficiency for Procure to Pay operations

- Closure of commercials terms and contracts with new vendors in sync with BD and Category team

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions, including periodic reviews and updates

- Manage continuous operational process improvement & formulating plans to implement changes in Coordination

Prerequisites:

- Experience 3-7 yrs

- Must have exposure to an inventory led e-commerce model

- Experience of working in high growth startup building scalable systems and architecture

- Capable of handling ambiguous business requirements with excellent prioritization, time management, and a focus on execution

- Analytical bent of mind; Problem Solving Skills

- Can work cross functionally with excellent people management skills

- High on ownership
