Key Responsibility Areas :
- Conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns as per business requirements
- Ownership of formulating digital strategy, technology infrastructure, content strategy, operational strategy
- Understand existing content strategy/initiatives and benchmark with best in class organizations
- Oversee the execution of highly targeted, complex member journeys/workflows and ad-hoc campaigns that help reach goals: promotions, seasonal campaigns, etc.
- Monitor performance of marketing programs, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies to improve journeys and campaigns
- Bring best practices in Content planning and management understanding across engagement channels like websites, apps, etc.
- Hand holding & guiding marketing teams for best practices in digital project management
- Envisioning digital boot camps for leadership's teams to generate breakthrough tech solutions for enterprise
- Seek, shortlist and secure partnerships for pilots and scaleup for top brands / therapies / customer segment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (ATL, BTL agencies and Tech partners, etc.) to launch brand/growth campaigns that require both strategic thinking and high-speed execution
- Work closely with analytics team to measure each experiment, document and socialize learnings, and develop next steps toward bigger wins
- Prepare costing & budgeting of digital initiatives & tech licences
- Strong knowledge of digital media, current local trends in media consumption and marketing opportunities
- Native understanding of digital with an emphasis on social, video & display and an ability to tell stories through great ideas irrespective of the medium
Role Prerequisites :
- Must have 5-8 years of experience in driving Marketing initiatives
- Planning and execution of Content driven Digital Initiatives in a pharma / ecommerce/ healthcare/ FMCG organization plus startup industries will be an added advantage
- Hands on experience in marketing communication planning and execution
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit
