Indian pharmaceutical industry is highly fragmented with 6.5lakh retailers and 65000 distributors, unlike the US where there are just 5 major distributors covering 93% of the market share. We aim to streamline this supply chain by being a single distribution point and empower these 6.5lakh micro-entrepreneurs with technology and sustainability.

Job Brief -

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can join our ChironTech team and drive provide data-driven solutions for our customers - pharmaceutical companies, D2C startups, institutions, etc.

What You'll Do -

- Support the hypothesis developed by core team and validate them with help of data

- Deliver analytical solutions and build reports, dashboards, and generate insights from large scale data

- Analytical and good communication skills to socialize your findings with the concerned stakeholder

- Understand customer needs and build data-based products that improve business outcomes

- Influence internal and external teams/stakeholders in the organization to meet goals & project timelines

- Comfortable with solving unstructured problems and coming up with innovative solutions independently

- Present findings and recommendations to senior-level/non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to learn new tools and techniques on the fly

Should Have:

- An understanding and passion for business - aptitude for learning additional data analytics tools

- Innovative, team oriented, and have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.

- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities

- Experience in excel, SQL, python, R, tableau, etc. will be a plus.
