Associate Category Manager- Surgical Wholesale Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Category Manager - Pharma to build categories for existing pharma projects and new initiatives.

Associate Category Manager responsibilities include researching new vendors, negotiating prices, onboarding vendors, product research, driving product campaigns, P&L and maintaining key relationships with brands. Familiarity with pharma supply chain or business development is a plus. Ultimately, you will build a strong network of key pharma players for existing and future projects.

Responsibilities :

- Research potential vendors

- Onboard vendors for our online and offline pharma businesses.

- Track orders and ensure timely delivery

- Product research and movement analysis

- Drive brand campaigns working in close sync with marketing and demand team

- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends

- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices

- Prepare cost analyses

- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts

- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders - Vendor relationship management

- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.

- Meet with medical representatives from pharma companies for active collaboration

Required Skills :

- Minimum 1 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Industry

- Good Exposure in Excel

- Ability to handle multi-tasking
