Job Description: - Deep understanding of banking products such as Business Loan. - Knowledge on Lead generation, conversion &amp; disbursement - Involved market research, area mapping, network establishments and partner tie ups. - Proficient in analysing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies. - Responsible for staff retention and end to end sales and collection. - Team handling, Relationship management with stake holders and customer service. - Responsible for revenue generation, P&amp;L accountability and ROI. - Budget Manpower requirement, Facilitate Hiring &amp; Training of the budgeted manpower. - Ensure sales target for the States &amp; Districts are met. - Work towards achievement of business output parameters towards business expansion. - Participate &amp; finalise location property. Desired Skills: - Candidate must have minimum 6+ years of experience in NBFC sector particularly in Sales (Business Loan)
