- Save Solutions Private Limited (SAVE) is an integrated financial services group. SAVE has one of the largest Business Correspondent (BC) networks in India and is a channel partner to many large banks in India for their various products and services. It has a strong track record of 10 years.

- SAVE has strong profitable history and investment participation from overseas funds. It has its presence in over 7,500 locations across India and the number of outlets is increasing. The company has clear plans to build a sustainable and substantial loan book, which will be the key business growth driver. The company aims to have AUM of around INR 3,000 crores within the next 4-5 years.

- SAVE has a well-spread network covering 25 States/ UT of India. It has a well-capitalized Balance sheet and a highly energetic team in place. SAVE has set up two NBFCs predominantly focused on microfinance and secured individual lending. The company is looking to onboard Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A key member of the Executive Committee, working closely with the Senior Management to develop, design and deliver the strategy and Business Plan. The Job description would be as under:

Designation: Group Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to Managing Director

Location: New Delhi/ Gaya (Bihar)

No. of Positions: 1 (One)

Desired Educational background and Work Experience - Degree in Finance/ Accounts/ Management Accounting from a reputed institution or a professional designation like CA, CFP etc., in related field. Having a management degree will be an added advantage.

- 10+ years experience in a senior financial managerial position

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Tally

- Exceptional communication skills

- Result-oriented, strategic thinker and planner

Desired Qualification/ Skills :

- Financial Planning and Strategy, Managing Profitability, Strategic Planning,

- Promoting Process Improvement, Forecasting, Developing Budgets,

- Dealing with Complexity, Strong people management skills

- Ability to groom existing systems/processes by bringing in industry best practices

- Demonstrated ability to lead finance and treasury functions

- Ability to provide strategic insights & execute them

- Well networked in the banking/investors/financial institution circle

Roles and Responsibilities :

Planning :

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Develop financial and tax strategies

- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction

Operations :

- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

- Maintain in-depth working relations with all members of the management team

- Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments

- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies

- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

- Implement operational best practices

- Assisting HR Head in formulating and implementing employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package

Financial Information :

- Oversee the issuance of financial information

- Preparation of financial commentary based on financial data, trend and variance analysis for relevant business areas/functions, shareholders, Board and Managing Director, interact with Press/ Media and other Institution, Banking, statutory, legal and others, on financial performance of the Company

- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company

Risk Management :

- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

- Construct and monitor reliable control systems

- Ensure that the company complies with all legal statutory and regulatory requirements

- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of Generally Accepted Accounting Principle and fulfill the

needs of auditors and government agencies

- Report risk issues to the audit committee

- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

Funding :

- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

- Arrange for debt and equity financing

- Develop a robust treasury department with a view to maximizing return

Third Parties :

- Relationship building with the investment community and to represent the Company with investment bankers and investors

- Maintain banking relationships

Compensation: Excellent - As per industry standard
