Save Solutions - Business Head - NBFC/NBFC - MFI

- Save Solutions Private Limited (SAVE) is an integrated financial services group. SAVE has one of the largest Business Correspondent (BC) networks in India and is channel partner to many large banks in India for their various products and services. It has a strong track record of over 10 years.

- As at Sep 2017, SAVE has a strong profitable history and investment participation from overseas funds. It has a presence in over 7,500 locations across India and the number of outlets is increasing. The company has clear plans to build a sustainable and substantial loan book, which will be the key business growth driver. The company aims to have an AUM of around INR 3,000 crores within the next 5-6 years.

- SAVE has a well-spread network covering 25 States/ UT of India. It has a well-capitalized Balance sheet and a highly energetic team to drive the Business. SAVE has set up two NBFCs predominantly focused on microfinance and secured individual lending. The company is looking to onboard a leader for its NBFC business and seeks suitable candidates for the position of Business Head, detailed below:-

Designation: Business Head - NBFC [Microfinance and Secured Individual Lending]

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Gaya (Bihar)/New Delhi

No. of Positions: 1 (One)

Desired Work Experience

- 15+ years in related field

- Relevant experience in Banking / Microfinance / secured lending / Consumer banking

- Must have led teams and be in a leadership position for at least last 5 years.

- Have the expertise to built Credit Business.

- Should have had balance sheet/ profit center responsibilities for at least 5 years

Desired Qualification/ Skills :

- Post Graduation in Management or other relevant Finance Discipline (e.g. CA, CFA)

- Thorough in credit underwriting

- Strong people management skills

- Ability to groom existing systems/processes by bringing in industry best practices

- Excellent credit and operational expertise in the financial business

- Demonstrated ability to lead key business functions

- Experience in cost efficiency and ability to manage profit center

- Ability to provide strategic insights & execute them

- Well networked in the banking / financial institution circles

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own and develop the NBFC book with conscious effort on portfolio quality and profitability

- To build a high-quality executive team in various departments of the business

- Lead, build, guide and manage the team.

- Ensure risks identification and mitigation measures.

- Develop internal controls, processes, and systems by bringing industry best practices

- Efficiently manage banking/financial institution relationships
