Save Solutions - AVP - Credit

This role will be responsible to review borrower submissions and perform analysis of information submitted.

Responsibilities:

Analyse lending opportunities, including loans to self- employed and corporates. - Combine this analysis with a detailed analysis of a borrower(s) Income Tax returns, bank statements in determining SAVE's interest in providing a credit facility for the designated purpose - Gather any additional information required to make an initial decision on the credit requested - Stay abreast of market trends and develop/maintain a network of referral sources - Perform other duties as assigned

Position requirements:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance - A general knowledge of loan underwriting, documentation, collateral analysis and financial statements - Proficient with emphasis on spread-sheets (Word, Excel) - Excellent composing and writing skills - Above-average interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally with a wide range of people - Positive attitude and willingness to work - Responsiveness, judgment, maturity, integrity, and time management skills are required

1. Exposure in Housing/LAP.

2. Multiple product handling.

3. Home Loan consider.

4. Physical Discussion to the customer (5+ Years).

5. Underwriting (6+ Years).

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct Meetings and PD with Clients

- Check all Clients-related Info. in line with credit risk policy to check the ability

- Regulate and interact with diff. departments

- TAT for File Movement

- Adherence to credit norms & sanctioning condition

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10 + Yrs. of experience in Credit Underwriting Retail Asset

- Deep experience & knowledge of retail financial services across Housing, LAP

- Strong Management and Leadership Skills

- Accountability
