The Company intends to commence lending operations on April 1, 2024 and is in the process of recruiting the necessary personnel. Scope of work :

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for market research and developing products with the help of that data as per the target customer segment. Helping move the product by identifying the potential consumer identification, credit underwriting,

Key Responsibilities :

- Taking care of analyzing product feasibility and product development

- Doing market research to understand and determine the target customer segment

- Designing loan products as per the customer segment we cater to

- Identifying the consumer market for the product and meeting them for business

- Taking care of Credit Underwriting

- Managing Customer Journey

Must Have's:

- Must have 4 to 6 years of work experience in banking or NBFC dealt with Agriculture business segment

- Education: Graduation in the Agriculture business segment or a Masters degree will be helpful, not mandatory

- Good Communication and mannerism

- Strong knowledge of banking operations functionalities

- Ready to travel for market research and business purposes

- Based in Mumbai will be preferred
