Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Identify new sources for hiring quality talent in the region and tie up with the company

- Screening of applications as per job requirement

- Coordinate with the line for interviews in selection process.

- Induction of all new Joinees covering HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure basic HR processes to be maintained and followed properly like ID card generation, Joining processes.

- Facilitate the medi-claim process.

- Reimbursement of medical expenses.

- Resolve basic salary Queries.

- Managing employee grievances and local issues

- Develop employee connect by visiting all locations.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office & exposure to e - HR tools.

- Effective interpersonal and written / oral communication skills including presentation skills

- Ability to prioritize and drive for action and results.

- Strong people management skills.

- Ability to connect with the field and line.
