Position Title :- Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Type :- Permanent

Job Location :- Pune

Exp :- 5 to 7 Years

Description: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.

- You will oversee our full recruiting cycle and your responsibilities will include:

- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

- Determining selection criteria.

- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

- Build and maintain relationships with campuses, training institutes and recruiting vendors

- Plan and organize campus placements and other recruitment events

- Leading employment branding initiatives

Qualification :

- 5-7 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in the IT industry

- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn)

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations and willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

- A leader and strategic thinker

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Well-organized

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business administration, human resources, IT or relevant field
