Job Description : Left Right Mind is looking for the best and the brightest software engineers & application development engineers to help our client that develops industry-leading equipment and services that enable innovation throughout the electronics industry.


- You will be part of a team focusing on design and implementation of software for embedded devices and systems from requirements to production.


- You will participate in full software life-cycle development UI design, development, testing and deployment.

Position Summary :

- This is a strategic role that will involve overseeing the Human Resources Function at Left Right Mind.


- The position calls for a strong orientation towards the evolving nature of the post pandemic work environment by helping build flexibility and creativity in the emerging digital/ hybrid workplace.


- The ideal candidate will have exposure to design & software Gen Z professionals and will play a key role in facilitating Left Right MInd's ability to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :

- Strategic HR - Serve as a business and thought partner to the leadership on operational and transformational HR matters. Conduct HR assessments, lead and implement succession planning and change management initiatives

- Operational HR - Manage and streamline processes for the employee lifecycle - onboarding, induction, continuous employee engagement, healthy employee relations, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, mentoring, benefits management, learning & development, & exits.

- Talent Management & Development - Develop and drive implementation of the performance management and feedback system, including the facilitation of the performance appraisals, staff development, talent reviews and succession planning Operationalise learning and development needs and requirements in collaboration with business functions.

- Compensation & Benefits - Conduct salary reviews and research industry benchmarks as appropriate to ensure pay equity within the organization. Design a salary grade framework for compensation and benefits packages in keeping with the evolving needs of the workforce

- People - Design and deliver an Employee Engagement Program and a Recognition Program that helps foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualification :

- MBA in Human Resources

- Minimum 7 years' experience in a digital / technology/ software company in the Human Resources / People function

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to interact with senior leadership as thought partner

- Exposure to multicultural, diverse and hybrid work environments

- Demonstrated experience in automation/ digitization of people processes or participation in change management initiatives at the organization level will be a plus
