Desired Profile: - CA Attempted / MBA with a commerce background. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in internal auditing, forensic investigation and fraud risk management in consulting, advisory, professional services and/or industry. - Must have knowledge of Process, Compliance, Internal Controls, Financial Audits. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and client relationship skills. - Excellent delivery skills and technical knowledge with respect to ERPs such as SAP/Oracle etc - Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required - Ability to think laterally, showcase business acumen and well versed in current trends and developments across business & economy. - Demonstrates creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems. - Able to maintain a professional demeaner in times of high stress. Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently. - Able to multi-task and travel as necessary to meet client needs. Role Requirements: - Liaising with clients in order to understand the entire functional objective of the assignment. - Preparing a thorough functional and technical document of the subject area. - Supervise a team of personnel who are responsible for delivering the audit/forensic analytics for the process/reports/objectives. - Plan, organise, direct, monitor and validate the overall quality of deliverables, processes and completion of projects within budgeted timeline. - Communicate the results of assignments through written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis to the client. - Work together with audit/forensic analytics and field intelligence professionals to bring all relevant information for the completion of the assignment.
