Title : DGM/GM -Finance (Fund Raising)

Reporting to : Head Finance

Location : Head Office

Qualification : MBA / CA

Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in Fund Raising in any corporate or NBFC or Syndicator / handling end to end process of fund raising.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

- Liasioning with various lenders for fund raising

- Preparation & submission of loan proposals

- Dealt multi transactions ticket size loan, varies from small to large ticket.

- Submission of timely & periodic information to various lenders.

- Documentation for various fund raising with lenders.

- Structuring and negotiating terms of transaction.

- Coordination with other department for time bound execution.

- Monitoring loan covenants and ensuring compliance thereof.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and liaisoning skills

- Strong communication skills and good command over English language.

- Strong analytical skill with good command over financial ratios.

- Good command over advanced Excel.
