Consultant Life Science Advisory Agri (Innovation)

Key Responsibilities:

- Collating and analyzing technology trends in the agri inputs industry working in cross sectoral domains including seeds, agrochemicals, ag-biologicals, crop biotech, crop production systems etc.

- Engaging with technology providers/partners periodically for getting updates on latest technologies available with them for technology transfer.

- Identifying and building relationships with clients and pitching suitable technologies to them, leveraging technologies available with technology providers.

- Preparing detailed technology briefs to be shared with clients for technology

- Drafting and vetting of various business & license agreements like confidentiality agreement, material transfer agreement, technology licensing agreement.

- Acquisition/licensing of germplasm or biomaterials for clients in compliance with provisions of Biodiversity Act, regulatory guidelines and other contractual obligations.

- Due diligence activities related to intellectual property & sector specific technologies for business advisory services and licensing transactions.

- Technology/ Patent evaluation, commercial evaluation, market research, regulatory approval and requirement studies.

- Writing and timely submission of project

- Write technical articles for publications in industry

Key Requirements:

- Sc. in Agriculture with a specialization in Microbiology (research on beneficial microbes will be desirable).

- Knowledge of industry trends, research, technology, and regulatory

- 3-4 years of experience in Ag biological

- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation
