Satguru Travel - Regional Finance Controller - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and execute financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.

- Financial Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, regulatory reports, and compliance with accounting standards. Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop risk management strategies and policies to safeguard company assets.

- Capital Management: Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity. Optimize capital allocation to support growth initiatives while maintaining financial stability.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funds for operational needs and strategic investments. Implement strategies to optimize cash reserves and working capital.

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. Provide strategic recommendations on business growth, mergers and acquisitions, and investment opportunities.

- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Maintain strong internal controls and governance structures.

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to investors, stakeholders, and the board of directors. Represent the company in financial matters externally.

- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide finance professionals within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the travel industry.

- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and corporate finance.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive financial initiatives that align with broader business objectives.

- CA Qualified candidates are preferred (only male)
