Satchan - Regional Head - Sales

The position is for a Leading life Insurance Company.

We are looking for a Regional Head preferably from AMC company with an experience of handling IFA Channel.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Will be handling a team of Relationship Managers

2. Primarily responsible for sourcing & on-boarding IFAs (Individual Financial Agents - Licensed to sell MF)

3. Developing & Sustaining relationships with IFAs

4. Channel Sales & Partner Management

5. Focus on improving Mind share & Wallet share (sales & business development)

6. Strong business & industry/market intelligence (competitive offerings, regulatory changes, investment products)

7. Plan & conduct special sales initiatives, activities & events with IFAs for their existing & prospective clients

8. Facilitate & guide the Business Associate in Operational & Back-Office issues

9. Track investor complaints/queries & turnaround time for distributors
