Primary Responsibilities : - Understand market practices, new risk in regions, explore new areas, timely review of competitor's policies & changes, hygienic parameters & new business note - Ability to define product vision, develop new strategy & future road map - Leadership skill set to improve efficiency and define timeliness of daily operational activities for better & prompt closure of open items. - Gather, Manage & Priorities departmental requirement & feedback for assistance under future expansion of business - Abilities of Influence cross functional & departmental employees - Analytical abilities of reviewing Internal & External data base & give valuable input in executing changes accordingly which helps in organizational growth - Ability to handle External Auditors / Rating agencies by understanding their requirement & meet their expectation - Act as Internal auditor by monthly review of Portfolio along with Data & MIS's shared from region's & review accordingly as per management requirement & error if any to be corrected as well as guiding regional team how same will be avoided in future. - Monthly visits to regions as well as field visits in stress areas for future corrections & triggers - Publication of multiple Internal MIS 's related with team performance against their KPI's & management requirement which assist team for correcting their performance in their months ahead. - Training to team on Quarterly basis regarding new development & changes internally & external environment to keep them updated Skills - Experience in Tractor (Banking or NBFC) Agri /Rural related product knowledge like Agri /Commodity /Agri OD /Rural housing finance - Good written & verbal communication skills - Analytical abilities of reviewing Internal & External data base & give valuable input in executing changes accordingly which helps in organizational growth
