The HRBP's role is to implement HR Policies and Processes for various accounts; to support the Business units to resolve people issues; to work with Corp HR to bring the right policies and processes and taking initiatives for improved operational efficiencies, increased employee productivity, employee satisfaction and reduced attrition.  Major Activities :  1. Providing assistance and guidance to line managers on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices  2. Providing interpretation and counsel to employees regarding policies, programs, and practices  3. Responsible for implementation of policies, and processes.   4. Ensuring Policy Compliances  5. One on One meetings with Exit / Resigned employees to understand and address Employee Satisfaction /dissatisfaction factors   6. Periodic exit / pending exits analysis and presenting results to Business / Function leaders  7. Providing data about employees to line managers and recommending action items for motivating and retaining employees  Educational Qualification : Post Graduate in HR, preferably from a premium B-School.
