Among their credible portfolio of services SAS Partners is focused on providing value added services in fund raising, private equity, capital markets (IPO/QIP/Rights Issues, takeovers, M&A etc.,) and Joint Ventures. SAS Partners is also helping one of their reputed clients looking at ambitious expansion plans to hire an experienced and qualified professional to spearhead the finance and compliance functions.

This leadership function is responsible for overseeing the:

Finance & Accounting Function:

- Ensure implementation of proper financial accounting of transactions and its proper reporting in terms of professional standards and Organization Accounting Policies & Manual.

- Budgeting, forecasting and timely reporting of all financial indicators on a periodic basis and sign off local financial statements with the objective to record, analyze and monitor performance vs budget/forecast.

- Evaluate various funding options (Equity / Debt) for depending on expansion requirements of the Company. Liaison with Company’s bankers and organise funding for CAPEX and working capital requirements.

- Liaise with auditors for all financial, tax and cost audits as well as internal audit. Ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.

- Supervise day to day Cash Management of the company, monitor working capital, credit control and manage the same.

Secretarial, Legal & Compliance Function:

- Handling of Board, Shareholder and Committee Meetings pre and post meeting compliances

- Drafting agreements and Updating and maintaining statutory registers and records

- Prepare the company for due diligences and coordinate due diligences for acquisitions / Joint ventures.

- Preparation / coordination with legal department in NDAs/Mktg agreements preparations and other statutory related matters.

- Fort nightly/Monthly follow up with team on progress of Key Balance Score Card Items.

- Coordinating and arranging monthly review meetings.

- Sending reminders to various stake holders on expiry dates of various compliance related deadlines.

- Ensure Secretarial, Statutory, Tax and Legal compliances, including listing agreement, SEBI, FEMA – RBI, Ministry of Corporate Affairs etc

- Formulation of systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company.

- Knowledge of IPO / Listing in India / Overseas or working with listed companies is desirable.

Reporting to the Managing Director

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CIMA / CPA / CWA and ACS.
