Post graduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Technology, or Marketing Finance from a Reputed Institute.
PhD in Economics , Statistics, Technology desirable

- 8-14 years

A proven ability to identify and resolve issues and break down complex problems into their core components and communicate the issues concisely.

- Monitor and assign work to analysts, guide, formulate plan and ensure client requirements are taken care.

- Provide leadership, training and guidance to junior Analysts in developing understanding of product management, developing strategies and improve analytical techniques in
specific to corporate banking.

- Have an understanding and appreciation of the MI requirements of the business and therefore able to bring a business focused approach to the development and presentation of reports and analysis using SAS, SQL, and Excel with VBA, Word and PowerPoint.

- Plan and manage the transition of projects to business as usual (BAU), ensuring that the business is actively involved in key stages of the project or programme, and there is no impact on services delivery to all key stakeholders

Handles multiple and varied tasks simultaneously in an organized manner, while still achieving milestones and
meeting all targets

2. Great Analytical thinking and Ability to solve unstructured problems.

3. Drive project individually and have ability to lead teams, people and function.

1. Experience of SAS programming and SQL (Toad, SQL Plus) is essential, with the ability to adapt quickly to
new data structures and develop business knowledge of the data

2. Specialist in one of the areas in Scoring/Decision Management/Reporting
