Qualification

- Post graduate degree in Economics, Statistics, or Marketing Finance from a Reputed Institute.

- Relevant finance/business/statistical experience in financial services.

Experience

- 2-8 years

Job Description

- Excellent presentation skills the ability to translate complex financial schedules into meaningful presentation is critical

- Provide Insights to give right offer to customer across the lifecycle of the product. Develop appropriate line increase decrease, Cross Sell Up sell, and track them to closure.

- Develop and implement Acquisition strategy, Simulation, response model and Universe expansion strategy.

- Focus on data analytics and production of results and recommendations using SAS, SQL, and Excel with VBA, Word and PowerPoint.

- Should have ability to direct staff in managing multiple projects and deadline

Skill Sets Required

1. Expertise in Analytical Tools ( e.g. SAS, SQL). Strong SAS skills of data manipulation and procedure will be added advantage

2. Good understanding of Business Metrics and parameters. Ability to apply right statistical tools to business case

3. Working Knowledge right product mix, strategy, policy simulation and other tracking technique related to banks. Well verse with various segmentation technique

Desirable Skill Sets

Broad and deep understanding of BFS product and statistical tools and techniques used.
