Responsibilities :

1. Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and convert them into product ideas

2. Translate business requirements into detailed requirements and prototypes and deliver PRDs

3. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the Development, QA, and release of products

4. Define and track KPIs to measure product success

5. Run beta and pilot programs for new business initiatives

6. Understanding of financial services, agritech landscape and the competition, seek opportunities for differentiation

7. Willingness to travel to meet business stakeholders and customers

Qualifications :

1. 1 - 4 years of work experience in product management

2. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

3. Understanding of technology trends

4. Strong problem solving skills

5. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a product based environment

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. MBA/BE degree in Business and/or Technology
