Technical : - 2+ years' experience working in market research or similar roles. - Proficiency with computer programs, such as MS Excel, PowerPoint. - Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, freshsales, Hubspot - Very Good knowledge on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Seamless and databases like Slintel, Zoom info etc. - Responsible for enhancement and validating qualified data Operational : - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Collect all the prospect details from the assigned geography and maintain the database regularly using various lead capturing tools. - Update the prospect details to the CRM(Salesforce/Freshsales) and assign it to the respective teams. - Clean the database regularly based on the inputs from the SDR team and reassign the same - Support growth team in equipping them with the necessary prospect/account information.
