Job Description:
- To achieve prescribed and agreed business plan
- New Business development & client acquisitions
- Deployment and management of assets and after sales services
- Motivation, guidance, training and management of sales and support staff.
- Establishing and nurturing existing clients for business expansion.
- Day to day operations, fleet and manpower management
- Managing client payments and recovery
- Responsibility as profit center head
- Liasoning with various stakeholders and functions to improve site level activities and customer experience
- Route and cost optimization
- Periodic reports, MIS, analysis and actions there on
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Total professional experience of 10 to 15 years
- End to end business development and client servicing person
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Past experience as profit center head preferred
- Eye for detail, relationship management skills
- Is expected to ensure operational excellence
Education:
- UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
- Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
