Saral Designs - Partnerships & Sales Lead Role

Saral Designs is a product driven start-up with the mission of solving critical problems in the field of menstruation, hygiene and sanitation.

We have developed India's first indigenously designed machine for producing ultra-thin sanitary napkins at a decentralized scale. The pads produced compare to the best products made by multi-national companies in the market and are priced 30% lower.

Saral Designs has developed world's first automatic and compact ultra-thin sanitary napkin making machine - Swachh. With local production and distribution at a decentralized scale using Swachh, several local manufacturers can produce sanitary napkins at low cost, closer to the consumer increasing last mile access.

We are building our sales infrastructure and looking to hire a superstar for position sales and take our breakthrough customer centric products to the market.

This is a core team position, with very strong growth prospects as the company expands across geographies and verticals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- End to end management of sales & marketing - goal setting, strategy, implementation, meeting P&L targets

- Identify and create different sales & distribution channels for our products

- Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability

- Identify and develop key institutional relationships that accelerate sales

- Lead marketing drives (ATL/BTL activities, social media)

Requirements:

- Must have strong knowledge of distribution and sales in the FMCG sector

- Must have excellent idea about the current trends & customer buying behavior in the FMCG sector

- Start-up attitude: quick execution, self-drive and willingness to work long hours

- MBA or equivalent (Preferable Sales & Marketing) from a reputed Institute

- At least 1 years of experience in sales & marketing

Salary offered: 5 - 7 LPA
