Job Purpose

This role is pivotal in shaping and achieving long term business objectives of Livpure. Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drive all critical business functions is an essential requirement. The role requires deep understanding of business fundamentals with a strong ability for outcome based execution and ability to build brands. Role is responsible for achieving required revenues and P&L of Livpure.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Business Excellence:

- Develop long term brand architecture for Livpure with ability to execute in short-term with clear milestones aligned to the Vision of SAR mission 555

- Create a strong and sustainable challenger brand from both consumer & channels perspective, a worthy contender for the most preferred brand in their segments

- Understand the financial aspects of business to make short term (AOP) and long term strategic business plan for sustainable and profitable business

- Keep close monitoring on financial state of business and take proactive steps to Optimize the existing resources effectively to obtain desired P&L as per the AOP.

Sales Management:

- Design Channel Sales & Distribution strategic development on a long term plan. Maintain long-lasting channel partner relationships to expand WOD and DOD and get optimum output from Key channel partners

- Explore new venues of sales revenues by designing Company owned Online Business model and partnering with leading Online Business partners

- Make global presence of Livpure products and expand distribution network outside Indian market. Also ensure Exports make significant contribution in Livpure revenues

- Channelize relationship with Defence, Government Institutes, Corporates and Builders communities to expand institutional sales

Product Excellence:

- Proactive understanding of market and customer requirements

- Ability to develop long term sustainable product roadmap as per the customer current and futuristic need

- Set up a world class R&D centre to architect in building innovative products which are aligned with purity and healthy life of customers with cost effectiveness

- Make a roadmap for effective improvement in the existing product

Operational Excellence:

- Develop and manage internal & external processes and functions to support the Livpure's goals and strategies, without losing sight of the imperative to continue growing and scaling the organization in an aggressive manner

- Building and deploying IT across the business infrastructure for real time management & visibility of Organizational productivity metrics

- Keep control on Operative cost of Organization to ensure better gross margin and profitability through enhancement of processes, cost optimization projects and innovation

- Building a ensure an effective supply chain management model to sustain tenacity of aggressive business growth requirement of Livpure

People Excellence

- Imbibe SAR Mission 555, AIM & ACT values in Livpure DNA to bring uniformity in delivery system across the business

- Lead and inspire individuals to heighten passion, commitment levels and synergies between functional groups to create a winning team, with a conviction of beating the industry leaders
