Job Purpose:

- This role is pivotal in shaping and achieving long term business objectives of SAR Group. Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drive critical business functions such as Brand, Marketing, Products, IT, eCommerce and Exports is an essential requirement.

- The role requires deep understanding of business fundamentals with a strong ability for outcome based execution and ability to build brands

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Excellence:

- Develop long term brand architecture for Livpure and Livguard with ability to execute in short-term with clear milestones aligned to the Vision of SAR mission 555

- Create a strong and sustainable challenger brand from both consumer & channels perspective, a worthy contender for the most preferred brand in their segments

- Understand the financial aspects of business to make short term (AOP) and long term strategic business plan for sustainable and profitable business

- Coordinate with Marketing agency to develop a robust Brand Strategy that defines the brand, objectives, stating the target segment, defining the role, Brand identity, positioning, Brand Guidelines & Brand character

- Define and regularly measure brand score within channel / consumer

Product Excellence:

- Proactive understanding of market and customer requirements

- Ability to develop long term sustainable product roadmap as per the customer current and futuristic need

- New product launch strategies and defining the product, its key USP, Marketing communication/initiatives, placement plan & sell through plan

- Drive Product Innovation

- Manage Life Cycle of new product to be introduced

Operational Excellence:

- Develop and manage internal & external processes and functions to support the Livpure's and Livguard's goals and strategies, without losing sight of the imperative to continue growing and scaling the organization in an aggressive manner

- Building and deploying IT across the business infrastructure for real time management & visibility of Organizational productivity metrics

- Keep control on Operative cost of Organization to ensure better gross margin and profitability through enhancement of processes, cost optimization projects and innovation

- Building a ensure an effective supply chain management model to sustain tenacity of aggressive business growth requirement of Livpure and Livguard

People Excellence:

- Imbibe SAR Mission 555, AIM & ACT values in SAR Group DNA to bring uniformity in delivery system across the business

- Lead and inspire individuals to heighten passion, commitment levels and synergies between functional groups to create a winning team, with a conviction of beating the industry leaders

- Groom and mentor the sets of identified high performers and high potential for higher challenges

- Set accountability and build a performance driven culture, recognize & reward employees for their exceptional achievements and innovation

Exports:

- Build Exports business model and ensure Export is significant contributor in Livpure & Livguard Business growth

- Develop channel network outside India and build Livpure & Livguard as global brand
