We are looking for Tax professionals with the following minimum requirements & qualifications: General Minimum requirements: - Completion of B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA / CPA. - 5+ years of US Tax experience. - Experience in US Tax (Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120S) - Mandatory. - Preparation and review of individual, trust, partnership, and corporate income tax returns. - US Federal returns experience - Mandatory. - Not out of US Tax for more than 2 years. - Public Accounting firm experience. - Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing. - Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills.
