Principle Accountabilities :
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
- Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
- Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)
- Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas
- Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of ATL /BTL marketing activities.
- Planning of digital marketing calendar in conjunction with marketing objective
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, Customer Life Time Value & retention.
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal process
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the websites
- Conceive, create and execute innovative online media & digital marketing programs
- Identify and develop integrated partnership / sponsorship strategies to meet brand goals
- Managing the redesign of the company website
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Strategize and execute social media and digital branding programs from concept to execution in partnership with various internal and external cross functional business partners.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Competency Area :
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
Education, Training & Work Qualification :
- Masters In Marketing or Mass Communication /MBA in Marketing
- Compensation : As per Industry Policies
