These functions may reside within a Business Unit or be corporate focused and may be IT Technology recruitments. The Manager Recruiting position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.   - In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced, moderately noisy and team-based.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Expertise in Industry Mapping & tracking across industry functions and segments.  - Identify different sourcing channels to build candidate funnel  - Keeping abreast with the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests  - Identify relevant blogging sites, networking event to generate leads  - Out of box thinking   Team Leadership & Client Management :   - Provides coaching and mentoring to recruiting team members, often leading by example  - Identifies and disseminates best practices to recruiting team members  - Develops and delivers specific recruiting and training practices for their area(s) of responsibility   - Manages recruiting projections for their area(s) of responsibility  - Excellent in stakeholder management and presenting information to management, other employees and public groups   Recruiting Processes :   - Participates and assists in recruiting of professionals for the company.  - Determines the appropriate recruiting vehicles to utilize in their areas of responsibility   - Represents Sapient at various recruiting events   - Has good understanding of recruiting metrics and is well versed with associated reports.  - Ensures on-going communication with applicants during the recruitment process  Communication :   - Responsible for communicating recruiting needs, strategies, and results within the recruiting team and other leaders for their area of responsibility Partnership  - Manages the relationships with external recruiters and employment agencies  Personal Attributes :   - Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions   - Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)  - Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution   - Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.  - Ability to prioritize when under pressure  SKILL REQUIREMENTS :   - Currently working in Top executive search firms or should have worked for a considerable period of time  - Strong technology recruiting experience. Should have hired for skills like C++, WPF  - Advanced level of proficiency in sourcing through unconventional channels like cold calling, head hunting, company mapping etc  - Excellent candidate conversation skills  - Should have knack for networking  - Excellent communication  - Good team player  EXPERIENCE :   - 5 to 11 yrs experience as a professional recruiter.
