SAP Unit Leader - FMCG

1. Managed at least 1 full cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation.

2. At least 10 years' experience in ERP implementation and support, 5 years' of which is SAP; experience in RISE with S/4 HANA Cloud (private edition) is an advantage.

3. MBA, SAP certifications and Project Management is a plus.

4. Experience in BRM role is a plus.

- Collaborating with business partners to find alternatives and solutions to business challenges.

- Seek out systems solutions (either internal to client or external 3rd party solutions) that can be leveraged to meet business requirements. Engage the business client early and effectively building solid relationships and pushing ICT value upstream as key business direction is being set.

- Manage and Maintain Oman Refco's Business Applications are running smoothly and are highly available:

- Manage, Implement and Deliver projects as below:

a. Oracle HCM implementation

b. Oracle Filed Services implementation

c. BI (Qlikview&BO) for Sales and Finance

d. Sales Force Automation Systems for Beverages and Snacks

e. UPS Roadnet Systems

f. DMS System

g. T&A System

h. Customer and Consumer call Centre system

b. Support / Rollout the following systems:

a. HRMS/Payroll Applications (existing)

b. Other Business Solutions in place & in pipeline
