SAP TM Functional Consultant Short Description for Internal Candidates - Looking for SAP Transportation Management System (TMS) Functional Consultant Position Responsibilities: - Good understanding & hands on experience of TM business processes (Order Management, OTR/DTR based Transportation Requirement & Execution, Freight Charges Calculation & Settlement). - SAP TM Organizational Elements, TM Master Data & structural element requirements - Must have exposure to shipper scenario with all modes of transport Road, ocean, Rail and Ocean. - Provide solutions to the business requirements in the area of SAP Transportation Management (TM) functional areas including Advanced Shipping and Receiving based on EWM integration - Route determination and optimization Responsibilities: - Design and implement business processes using standard methodologies during a full lifecycle implementation of SAP TM; collaborating with business users to design, develop, test, train, and implement the solution - Should be a project lead, Guide the product team, share knowledge and develop talents - Lead business requirement documentation, implement configurations, localize business processes, develop functional/technical specifications, build or modify batch jobs, and write test scripts by collaborating with application specialists - Develop and test system functionality by building strong working relationships with business partners, management, and other team members - Exposure to SPP (Service parts planning) & Adobe Forms - Nice to have Required Skills/Experience: - Proven knowledge of multi-functional integration between SAP TM. EWM, ERP, CRM/FI gained through the completion of two (2) SAP implementation projects - 8-12 years of experience developing SAP business systems and processes in large and complex business environment. - Candidate should have done 2 SAP TM E2E implementation project. - Solid understanding in SAP Integration - Should have worked on End-to-End process across various business scenarios. - Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills - Typically, 8-12 more years' related work experience or relevant experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.=
