SAP Techno Functional Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Techno-Functional Leader with a strong background in SAP Logistics Modules of Sales and Distribution and Material Management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a leadership role, demonstrating proficiency in SAP implementation and support. The candidate should be a graduate, with preference given to those holding a Masters or MBA degree. The role requires adept management of teams, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of IT budgeting and ITGC audit processes.

Responsibilities:

SAP Implementation and Support:

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints.

- Provide expert-level support for SAP Logistics modules (SD/MM), troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.

Team Management:

- Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Conduct regular performance assessments, identify training needs, and promote professional development.

Stakeholder Management:

- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other business processes.

IT Budgeting:

- Develop and manage the IT budget for SAP projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and alignment with overall organizational objectives.

- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource utilization.

ITGC Audit:

- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC).

- Implement and maintain controls to safeguard SAP systems and data integrity.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within SAP Techno-Functional domain (Functional Knowledge on Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management processes and Technical Knowhow of how Fiori can be leveraged, Middleware works etc.,).

- Graduate degree required; preference given to candidates with Masters or MBA.

- Proven expertise in SAP Logistics modules (SAP SD / MM), Middleware Integrations and related technologies.

- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful SAP implementations.

- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong working relationships.

- Experience in IT budgeting and familiarity with ITGC audit processes.
