- 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP
- Should have strong experience in SF in Compensation, LMS, Succession & CDP Modules
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP Success Factor / SF in Compensation, LMS
- Succession & CDP Modules and 4+ Years of experience in HCM.
- Should have experience in either of the following modules like Compensation, LMS Succession & CDP Modules.
- Certification in Success Factor - Compensation, LMS, Succession & CDP modules is an added advantage
- 2-3 years of SuccessFactors modules experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in working with HR and Talent Management systems, HR Cloud Software
- Solution Implementations, Business Process Analysis, Change Management, Training, Systems Design, and System Implementation. Candidates with domain expertise is preferable.
- Hands on experience on end to end integrations within SuccessFactors modules (LMS, Compensation and Succession & CDP modules). Experience in other modules is an added advantage.
- Should have experience in integration between SF modules and SAP (on premise)
- Knowledge of Core HR, Business Rules, Workflow, Data Conversion, Integrations, Global Design/Implementation, Multi-Language and Role Based Permissions
- Responsible for planning and designing phases of full cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
- Architecting business process improvement initiatives, establishing internal COE and developing architectural governance processes.
- Participate in blueprint sessions, reviewing options and provide recommendations
- Communicating benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and the various IT Teams
- Development of business cases for new SAP HR initiatives and present the concepts and direction to executives
