SAP - ITBP

- Bridge between business users and Central IT team - Person who understand the business well and can articulate the same in technical terms wherever needed.

- Master Data approval Process Simplification - Review and Approve all Master Data requests

- Provide best in class support to end users, be in constant touch with users to understand their needs and issues

- SPOC for all user issues:

- Review all users requests

- If request related to understanding gap, help user to resolve the issue

- In case of technical issues, understand the issue from user, resolve if possible else work with Central IT team to resolve the same while ensuring user satisfaction

- In case of CR/Enhancement/New requirements/New entity creation etc..

- Work with business team to create business requirement document covering all functional and technical details

- Work with Central IT team for any queries, clarifications and delivery of requirement

- Help users for UAT and ensure successful closure of requirement

- Ensure proper onboarding and training of any new SAP user

- Identify training needs of users, work out a training calendar and ensure all users are adequately trained to manage their day to day task.

- Work with central team on IT audit compliance requirements, identify gaps and work with business and IT team for the closure of the same.

- Analyze daily requests

- To find repeated issues and find root cause of the same

- Look out for repeated issues not technical in nature and help users to streamline the same.

- Work with business team to look for automation opportunities, streamline current SAP landscape and make best use of SAP by using its advance features and functionalities. Objective is to make the best use of SAP inline to business requirements.
