SAP Practice Head - IT Services Firm

Our client is one of the leading IT Services organisation which provides consulting, managed services and systems integration, hi-tech transactional services, unified communication, cloud, big data and cyber security services looking to hire SAP Practice Head to be based in Mumbai / Pune.

The role is responsible for:

- Heading SAP service delivery for all service lines and technologies

- Review service line performance (overall view) and devise improvement plans as required

- Accounts & Relationship Management, Client-Partnership with complex Program Management involving SAP Implementation & Support Management with varied industry domains.

- Responsible for service quality, service delivery performance and drives service excellence.

- Plan, manage and Lead the Delivery and Operations of significant sized Projects and Programs which are globally distributed

- Build and sustain strong relationships with Clients

- Define, Own Service/Quality Improvement plan

- Authoring SOW, Periodic review & updates through Change Process

- Manage the delivery commitments of the Client according to the contract or SOW

- Responsible for service delivery audit readiness

- Ensures Compliance to all Business Controls activities

Desired profile:

- Client Facing Exposure and Strong Relationship Management skills are a must

- Should have owned P&L of close to about 100 Mln USD.

- Must have experience in managing a large team.

- Strong SAP experience preferred projects experience

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written as well as ability to present to the senior leadership team

Role can be based in Mumbai / Pune.
