Overview :
The SAP Practice Director will set the strategic direction, lead the growth, and manage all facets of the practice.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and manage SAP Practice.
- Manage all aspects of pre-sales and delivery
- Build SAP practice team for pre-sales and delivery
- Manage exiting and new client.
- Manage full-time and part-time team as well as partners/sub-contractors
- Drive effective implementation strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific technology value propositions.
- Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.
- Work with alliance team and sales team to build relevant alliances, drive GTM (Go to Market) strategy, delivery capabilities and solutions.
- Must provide leadership and management for the assigned practice, and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.
- Mentor and nurture a team of professionals and create an effective practice team that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery-market ready solutions.
- Work with clients directly.
