SAP PP/QM Consultant - Manufacturing

Excellent opportunity for the role of SAP PP-QM Consultant .

KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED

1. Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.

2. Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, testing, trainings, presentations, and instruction on SAP products to clients.

3. Need to support around 300-400 respective users on day-to-day issues resolution and new Business process mappings.

4. Prepare functional specifications based on user requirements and guide ABAP programmer to do programming as per the user requirements.

5. Business Process automations, SAP system usage improvements and handling of Change Management.

6. Should be ready to travel more than 40%.

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

1. Expert in PP, PP-PI and QM Modules with Minimum SAP 4-5 Years experience in relevant module.

2. Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP Implementation cycle Experience with ASAP Methodology.

3. Should handle independently Configurations of PP and QM Module along-with Excellent Cross functional module integration knowledge with SD, MM and FI module.

4. Well conversed with usage of LSMW, BDC, BAPI, BADI, Enhancement and User Exits.

5. Sound knowledge of all Master Data, MRP, MPS, Capacity Planning and Levelling, Interface development Knowledge with other MES systems, Business Processes and system configuration knowledge for Discrete Manufacturing, Repetitive Manufacturing and Process Industries, Variant configuration, Batch Management, Serial Profile Management, Shop Floor Control, Process Order Management, Material Staging, Subcontracting.

6. Must have handled QM module in Procurement, Production and Logistics. Sound Knowledge of QM Master Data, Skip Inspection lot, Source Inspection, Dynamic Modifications Rules Preparing test certificates (COA`s), Inspection points, etc.

7. Integration with non-SAP systems.

8. Leadership and team working skills.

9. Ability to operate within complex projects and diverse teams.

10. Strong service orientation and customer service skill.

SKILL, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Skill / Knowledge: Preferable Certification in PP/QM.

Experience: Must have worked in Business Domain for at least 2-3 yrs.
