Position: SAP MANAGER

Reporting to: SAP REGIONAL MANAGER

As a member of the Information Technology (IT) Management Team, the SAP Manager is responsible for providing the analysis, direction, planning, and management of all activities undertaken by the SAP system in Primefuels. The SAP Manager is accountable for the achievement of the SAP System implementations and ensure the business returns its investment by meeting its SAP objectives. Key Primary role will be to provide end user's supports.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

- To facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high service level delivery.

- Analyze the current business processes and recommend/develop solutions to meet the business needs

- Providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products.

- Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures in the business process to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

- Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership to all end users and management

- Provide detailed knowledge how SAP can improve the business best practices including process and control to all areas of the business, Operations, Workshop, Finance, HR and others.

- Troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy Primefuels business needs.

- Manages SAP Support projects including scheduling the work, ensuring availability of resources, material etc., and ensures the quality of the deliverables

- Provides coaching and support to the SAP end-users

- Change requests (document, design, testing and implementation)

- Implementation of solution extensions / add-ons

- Implementation and training staff on new features

- SQL queries

- Reports and Stationery changes

- Design / customization of Crystal reports

- HANA studio development and implementation

- Development of Business One / HANA cubes

- Set - up of SAP Business One / HANA dashboards on clouds

Desired Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 7 years of SAP Business One experience

- Strong SQL language experiences

- Ability to develop and customize Crystal reports as per the needs

- HANA Exposure

- Strong communication skills (English)

- Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical specifications

The following are considered strong assets: -

- Transportation and Logistics industry experience

- Retail and Supply chain Management

- The ability to write functional specifications.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects

Education: 

- Minimum Requirement, at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Commerce and/or Finance

- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Commerce and/or Finance will be an added advantage

- Certification in SAP
