We are hiring for the position of SAP Manager for a leading Non-IT company.  Location: Bangalore  Job Description:  - Monitors timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensures that delivered systems are implemented within these criteria.  - Initiates and influences relationships with and between key stakeholders, in business change design, management and implementation, acting as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and influencers.  - Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. Take responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of projects, actively participating in all phases of the project.  - Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and tracks all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, as appropriate.  - Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off. Gains agreement for revisions to the project(s) from project sponsors.  - Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience. Takes appropriate action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances. Actively represents the project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the business.  - Identifies mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured, and plans to activate these mechanisms at the required time. Recognises issues that may help or hinder the change and works with others to tackle them.  - Determines the readiness levels of business users with regard to upcoming changes; uncovers readiness gaps and creates and implements action plans to close the gaps prior to go-live.  Desired Profile:  - Strong working knowledge and implementation experience of SAP MM, PP and SD modules  - Good experience and knowledge of handling jobs in the area of SAP customization / report   - Development (ABAP)  - SAP Enhancements & User Exits like menu exits, field exits and screen exits are created upon  - Client requirements  - Experience working with SAP Cross-application concepts like BAPI, BADI, and RFC  - Knowledge of designing of forms using SAP SCRIPTS & SMARTFORMS
