SAP Lead - IT (8-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Driving SAP project management initiatives across diverse functional & technical domains & facilitating integration with other non-SAP Systems.

- Engage, identify areas of SAP opportunities, - Convert Business users needs into System Requirements and ensure deliveries.

- Steering SAP project life cycle starting from planning, initiation, study design, development, budgeting, cost control, documentation, testing, implementation, and change management.

- Drawing structured reports on status and issues surrounding the programs for regular briefings to the senior management.

- Ensure regulatory compliance as applicable for SAP System

- Drive Change Management, End User Training for faster SAP Adoption.

- Build the team of Power users to support the SAP day to day support.

- Recruiting and training of new staff for SAP Project and Support.

- Holds the distinction of interacting with the Business Senior management team & different stakeholders to identify and align the SAP implementations with the company's vision & mission.

- Steering SAP Implementation/ Roll Outs & Enhancement Support FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM and QM

- Responsible for All SAP new projects (including company code roll outs, Enhancements, modules implantation etc.)

- Workout and Optimize SAP licenses across the organisation; right fitment of licenses in optimized cost.

- Responsible for faster adoption of SAP across the organisation.

Desired Skills :

- Should have done 3-4 number of End to End SAP S/4 HANA / SAP Cloud Implementation as a Lead

- Sound knowledge and major contribution as functional consultant on SAP Modules FICO & MM,

- Preferred SAP Certified in FICO module will be an added advantage.

- Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, SD, PP and PM. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time

- Good knowledge of SAP Technical modules like ABAP, Basis. Knowhow about BAPI, BADI, Std Modules, Patch Management so on.

- Strong understanding of business processes, practices and procedures in Retail, Sales, Production, so on.

- Experience in Requirement gathering, Gap analysis, design, implementation, documentation, testing, training and Go-live support.

- Well versed with Business Process Reorganization and change management techniques/enhancement/new requirements.

- Preferred Master degree - Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required.

- SAP MM Functional Desired Experience: 5+ Years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM Module

- Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements

- Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.

- Act as liaison with functions for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve software problems.

- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

- Provide best fitment on both new implementations and existing support projects

- Recruiting and training of new staff for SAP Project and Support.

- SAP MM Functional Desired Experience: 5+ Years.

Desired Skills :
