SAP Hybris Professional - Telco Solutions

SME will be responsible for leading the Telco solutions to presales to success by leveraging professional Omni-channel experience and best judgement to assess and adjust scope.

Lead group workshops to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements

Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting system requirements and procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives

Collaborate with project manager and SAP Hybris Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to develop project delivery plan, applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks.

At least Six years Telecom domain experience

Two or more year of experience on hybris implementation

Provide expertise on the functional use of SAP Hybris Commerce, its various administrative cockpits and the SAP Hybris Accelerators. Lead client discussions mapping business requirements to the SAP Hybris platform.
