SAP HR Payroll/Employee Engagement - IT/Telecom

- Candidate should have 5+ years of hands on experience in SAP and employee engagement.

- Should be a front end person i.e. who has good communication skills and can very well interact with employees.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy level.

- Process oriented, pro-active approach and collaborative.

- Planning, prioritization and time management skills with high on integrity and honesty.

- Attendance, payroll, compliance & audit

- Process HR transactions in a timely manner to meet monthly payroll cut off across the globe.

- Payroll administration- compilation & processing of payroll and submission to in-house payroll finance team.

- Coordinate and control the vendor for compliance management.

- Support and coordination for internal and external audit requirements, response and handling audit queries.
