SAP HR Operations

Sound understanding for the business, HR policies & procedure -

You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as joining formalities on boarding processes, letter Generation (BGV, Joining, Confirmation, Appraisal, Extension, Relieving,) -

- Proficiency in SAP HR operations.

- Independently manage HR documentation & HR Audit.

- Coordinate and administer onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Support improvement activities to simplify and standardize the HR processes.

- Deliver on high employee satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness. -

- Prepare HR MIS as per business requirements. -

- You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. -

- Solve routine HR operational queries.
