Total SAP industry experience: of 13+ years across ECC (R/3) and HCM.
- SAP Experience: Should have experience in managing End-to-end Implementation, Rollout, Support, upgrade, enhancements and various areas with implementation of Sub-modules like HCM PA, OM, ,Payroll, Time, Employee and Manger Self service and good understanding of SAP HCM technical concepts required.
- Experience in ECC 6.0 and EHP 5.0 above is essential. Knowledge of Portal and Success factor integration would an added advantage.
- The candidate should have performed the role of HCM Lead on at least 1 Multi country implementation Payroll/time implementation project.
- Candidate should have worked on RFPs, estimation, Pre-sales activities and knowledge of Project Management skills.
- Candidate should independently be able to conduct Blueprint design sessions and drive the client business towards design consensus.
- He/ She should be able to guide the development, data and test teams. Candidate should able to manage team of 25+ resources.
